“Very dusty bedroom, wood panelling behind the bed was full of dust and cobwebs. Shower tray had black mould present. Kitchen had alot of cobwebs, dead spiders. Fridge seal was filthy, oven glove had holes and was burnt needs replacing. Windows inside are filthy and to top it off dog poo left for days which you had to try to avoid in the dark. The owners are trying to sell the property and are clearly not bothered.”

“What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find.”

“We had a great stay at Fawsley Hall - the staff were incredibly helpful and the food / breakfast was fantastic!”

“The hotel was good, we stayed for 2 nights and we booked half board. The room was a good size, however, few touches would make it look better, like changing the carpet colour, headboard and blinds. The room was a bit old but was clean, which is the most important. The staff were friendly. The first night they didn’t have a buffet, and the Grill restaurant was fully booked, so we had 2 courses each at the bar. It was included in the half board. “Warm welcome Lovely room Breakfast delicious Check out could be better”

“Had 6nights of biz trip. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Facilities are need to be update, at least vending machine.”

“Lovely hotel, very old school. Beautiful orangey and the food was excellent. Comfortable rooms and really enjoyed our stay, didn’t know about the amphitheatre. Definitely go if you can, looks cool”

“All wonderful, the staff are so lovely, friendly yet professional. My room was beautifully refurbished and a very pleasant stay.”

“Very helpful, friendly staff that made you feel at home, but also gave you space. The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was of a high standard although it would have been even better had fresh fruit been included. We ate every evening in the restaurant and the food was amazing”

“Service charge of 10% is a bit high on the restaurant bill.”

“Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!”
