"The only fault was that the clik-clack plug in the wash basin did not work so shaving was difficult. Everything else was fine and our host was extremely helpful providing a super breakfast at short notice "

"The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were comfortable and adequate for a short stay. (There were no drawers for clothes, so not so good for an extended stay.) It was only a few minutes drive from M6 and A46 which was convenient and Combe Abbey Country Park, which is very attractive in autumn colour, was only 6 minutes drive. Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter. We didn't try dinner because the menu did not cater well for our diets."
