“전반적으로 깨끗하고 고급스러운 호텔이었음. 넉넉하고 다양한 조식과 친절한 서비스도 좋았음. 오후 10시정도에 1층 bar이용시에 주문을 받는 직원이 불친절했음. 그러나 음식 내어주는 안주 서비스는 좋았음.”

“별관이라 그렇게 마음에 들지 않는다”

“방에 냉장고없는 호텔은 첨이네요.. 냉장고가있던 자리는 빈공간으로 덩그러니있고 찬 음료를 먹고싶어 아이스버켓을 빌리려했더니 없다더라구요. 커피설탕을 저을 티스푼조차 없어서 간식으로사온 요거트를 먹고싶었지만 먹지못하였습니다.. 가격이 저렴해서 많은걸 바랄순없지만 할리데이인이라는 네임벨류를 갖고있으면서 호텔시설면에서 너무 조촐합니다. 다시 이지역에 방문하게된다면 근처에있는 4성급 갈것같아요.”

“O Hotel é muito bem localizado, quase em frente a Estação de trem de Parma, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Café da manhã com boa variedade e bem delicioso. Cama confortável, quarto amplo. Estadia perfeita”

“Not the best location from the station, but still good. Decent 4star hotel, but the beds were uncomfy. Breakfast on the firstday was ok, and next day was bit worse than the first one. It looked like sone left overs from the previous day came back. It's maybe because it was off season, so there were not many people?? It offered kind porter-service, and the lobby was comfy. I loved Parma so much, and am sure that the hotel was one of good things there.”
