Great bed and breakfast in the centre of Brescia. The room was immaculate and well maintained. Great air conditioning, fridge, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Very quiet room. Slept really well. A warm welcome on check in and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Brescia and we would definitely stay here again.

This boutique accommodation is really well located close to the centre of Brescia and it has a lot of charm. The breakfast was fabulous and my room was great (very spacious, clean and well equipped.) The staff were also kind and helpful.

First, the staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. They will prepare omelettes and such to order. Very kind people. This is a very small boutique hotel with no real lobby. Rather, you get buzzed in to the breakfast area off the street. You are responsible for your coded entry afterwards. The staff leaves shortly after breakfast is done. No one is around if you need/want something. No one. You are provided a number to call on What’s App if you need something. We had, what we were told was, the best room on the fifth floor. The elevator is small and painfully slow. Our bed was really just queen size and the room very small as well. The bathroom was tiny. There was a mini fridge, but no access to ice or other drinks. They did have water in it. While the facility was very clean, there just aren’t any amenities and the room was far too small for us. We also felt the area was a bit sketchy, and we weren’t completely comfortable there. We would not stay there again. It is not recommended if you want any services other than a bed and a bathroom, and to buzz yourself in alone at night.

Very good small hotell in the centre

The personnel was extremely helpful with everything from luggage, sightseeing to recommendations for dinner. We followed all tips and were extremely satisfied. Nice location, good breakfast and newly renovated rooms added more positives to the experience!
