The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words.

Exceeded my expectations! A beautiful, thoughtfully designed property, with amenities for the entire family. This was one of the first family holidays I’ve truly felt relaxed. Everything from mealtimes, to kids club, to ski rentals in the lobby and the incredible staff who seamlessly looked after the kids. The 4 year old could go to ski school while my 2 year old went to kids club and the adults skied and enjoyed some downtime. Gorgeous pool, yummy food, spacious beautiful rooms and unforgettable Mountain View’s. Highly recommend,

Great hotel, well set out, good staff. Great pool and lots of space, beautiful grounds. Relaxed atmosphere. Only issue was it’s probably the wrong side of child friendly. Even at 10 pm in the bar area kids are on scooters bumping into each other and tables - no attempt to keep kids behaving well or even in the many play areas for them which were close to the bar. It meant it was not relaxing at all.

My husband and I traveled here with our 1 and 3 year old. This is the most family friendly resort you can imagine. From check in the kids were already playing on the play cars sprinkled through the resort, throughout the stay they enjoyed the kid friendly meals, kids club activities, and all the play areas (including small farm) on site. Gorgeous hotel in a very scenic region. Also, really loved going to PLOSE which was just a 15 min bike ride (bikes available for no cost to rent). Lift tickets are included in your stay as well. Very well thought through hotel and experience. Highly recommend
