Overall an excellent hotel. Very clean. Dinner offered in the evening so guests did not have to go out for their meal. Staff for the most part helpfull.

Staff was nice - but not very attentive

My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", I waited many times when I tried to order something from the bar - and refill of breakfast items was very slow..The hotel standard is generally good - but location not very central (but close to the airport)

I stayed two nights at the property in question. The hotel's added value lies in its staff: extremely courteous and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France.

JUSTE POUR DORMIR

Accueil du personnel pas agréable. Ils indiquent Hôtel avec Piscine, Sauna etc ; mais ces accès sont payants en plus de votre réservation de chambre ;et pour le prix de 25 €, ce qui n'est pas rien. C'est dommage ! Dans les chambres, aucun savon pour les mains. Très limités. Vous y aller pour dormir et rien d'autres, sinon tout est payant en sipplément.

Notre troisième séjour ici, et tou s'est bien passé, la chambre executive était spacieuse et confortable. Nous devions nous rendre la matin à la clinique de Keraudren qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, donc c'est le meilleur choix pour la proximité.
