"I really used to like this hotel as its in a beautiful location. I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready. "The property was nice and clean. It is not a stand alone property. It's in a building with other commercial space and there are 2 separate entries, depending on your unit #. Otherwise, no issues."

"The apartment was adequate for two as it had two single beds.most of the furnishings were great but others were a bit tired looking. Parking isn’t the greatest as the bay doesn’t accomodate 2 larger vehicles. We had to park in one of the hotel bays but arriving back at midnight didn’t notice the penalty signs. £100 fine was not a great end to our overnight stay."
