The sausage was the same way.. we have stayed there several times in the past but it has never been this bad. They definitely need to step out up a little. This place gives best Western a bad name. Also the guy a art the dear is always rude. He always says he doesn't have any king rooms left when you call and ask,, so he tries to sell you a suite for more money.., but you can immediately get on expedite and order a king room and magically they have one available. This is the 3rd time I've done this with him so bear. This guy is a swindler. "
