One night stay

Motel is in need of a full refurbishment. Our room was very tired and well used. It was clean and comfortable but in need of a full decoration including furniture. The reception staff were great,welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was simple but more than adequate for the cost.

The staff was very nice. I felt safe. However... The windows, tub, and floor were visibly dirty, there was ONE towel total, and 1/4 roll of t-paper. I also whacked my leg on the bed frame in the dark several times as it sticks out, and there is only about five inches between the wall and the bed

The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was a little awkward. It was really big ,but it did the job. The breakfast was pretty sparce. The front desk people were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice place, better than I expected after driving up to the property. It looks a little run down and could use some renovation work. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, WiFi was good, and the staff were friendly. I’d stay again but would be a nice place if it were updated it has potential

A night at the Black Canyon Inn

The motel is old and in need of a refresh. The room we stayed in was clean. The breakfast was pop tarts, yogurt, frozen burritos to microwave and a few other items. Styrofoam coffee cups and plates are still in use. Not terribly eco friendly. It worked for a night, but would not stay here again.

Basic older motel good if you just want a place to stay for the night. Staff were helpful. Rooms clean but grounds a bit less so. Breakfast is severely limited. WiFi was strong. If you just need a bed, shower, TV, internet at a budget motel, this place is great!

Stayed here several years ago, it was good. Now, First room was so smelly from weed had to be moved. 2nd room not as smelly but really old floors must have been flooded multiple times. Need updates badly. The bed was clean and the water was hot. They have cut all the trees down around the property. No shade anymore. The retaining walls around the rooms are busted out and just set back in place ready to fall on your foot! Need TLC. Won’t be back.
