“Property needs remodeling”

“It's a very nice hotel. My only problem was that the refrigerator in my room was malfunctioning & I have medication that required refrigeration. So I had to keep it in ice bucket for the night. They offered to keep it in hotel refrigerator but that was not acceptable for me. But they were looking for a replacement & never returned the call as to what happened.”

“One of the hotel clerks we got was amazing! Super friendly guy. I can tell they are making lot of improvements. It is a very pretty hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. The only down size is nothing was heated as advertised. Not even the hot tub. Many of the guests had the same complaint. Also the paint in the hot tub was flaking pretty bad so everyone was coming out covered in paint chips. The breakfast had a big selection. Unfortunately, it did not taste very good. “Overall the stay was fine. Not much for a workout room and the breakfast was ok but exactly the same style eggs and sausage every day we were there. The BIG complaint was that we were put into an adjoining room unit and the people that were in there the last night talked loud and hollering kids until around 10:30 at night. NO FUN TO HALF TO DEAL WITH!!!”
