“Parking can be a problem if arriving later in the evening. Follow instructions given by owners. Breakfast is great staff friendly and helpful. Keep entry instructions handy as had a little trouble finding codes. Rooms 7 and 8 are not where you'd think !”

“Very friendly staff and well maintained hotel, the room was clean but a bit noisy. Room 4 was a bit noisy as the kitchen was below and we had to have the windows open, we were only staying the one night so didn’t complain. We had eat in the restaurant on Monday evening and had a very pleasant time good food and a drink outside on the patio.”

“Staff were lovely on check in. The shower was poor quality, the beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from other guests. The rooms seemed to be clean though. ”

“The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

“No wifi at all event though 4 box’s were listed, horribly overpriced £90/night - bathroom had mold around the window/ceiling, shower head didn’t fit the holder so had to hold it to be able to use the shower. Restaurant and bar not open in the evenings, and hardly any staff around bar one guy. Only up side was there was parking outside the property. Dead wasps on the the floor of the hall way. Curtains had holes in them. 1/3 light bulbs in the bathroom, list could go on but I just advise never...
