“This apartment is of the very highest standard. Beautifully decorated, with everything you would ever need! The location is 2 mins walk to the town or beach. Although there is no parking at the property, there was lots of parking 1 min walk away. Highly recommended! ”

“Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. ”

“Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

“The caravan was very clean on arrival. The host had left cleaning products for us. The beds were made and also extra bedding. Clean towels were available. The host called before we arrived to let us know she had left ice lollies for the children and some crisps. There was also things like ready meals, tea, coffee, sugar and sauces. Also a bbq to use. ”

“The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen.”

“It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. ”

“Room was quite stuffy even with window open but overall a nice hotel. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Unfortunately air con wouldn't change setting so it got a bit too hot but luckily window opened. I would have liked a complimentary bottle of water to make hot drinks with as not nice using water from bathroom tap, I drove to a shop to get my own. Breakfast was amazing, spoilt for choice but would have been nice if they served it until a later time so that I could fit in a quick swim before. Overall it was a lovely stay and I will definitely be going back. ”
