“Simply the worst.”

“Nous avions besoin d'une laveuse à linge en milieu de voyage, nous avons donc opté pour un studio puisque les appartements n'indique pas la présence de laveuse. Quelle erreur, le studio est à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une seule petite fenêtre de 3 pieds carrés dans le haut du mur. Pour ce qui est de la terrasse qui avait influencé notre décision, elle est à l'étage supérieur sur le toit et est encombrée de déchets, aucun aménagement. L'escalier pour l'atteindre est aussi encombrée de matériel...

“The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one...

“Mancanza bidè, colazione non come propagandato, bensì con convenzione ristretta presso bar, motivo Coronavirus, ma non avvisati prima dell ' arrivo in sede, falso cambio delle lenzuola, condizione delle stanze da rivedere, non adeguate al prezzo pagato. Da sconsigliare. ”

“The staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance ”

Iniziare la giornata con i sorrisi e l'accoglienza che Bianca e Salvatore dispensano senza risparmio ti fa sentire in famiglia anche in vqcanza. Tutto impeccabile: pulizia eccellente, parcheggio...

“Maison de Maître idéalement située dans les oliviers aux alentours de Trepuzzi. Propriété très chic, restaurée intérieure/exterieure, au calme ! Idéal en couple et pour un break de charme. On adore la gentillesse des hôtes, service impeccable ! Piscine, terrain de tennis, chambre spacieuse avec terrasse !”
