"The first person we dealt with at check in was awful. He gave us a room where the door didn't lock, the phone didn't work and it only had one bed. He said that we had to pay more for another room so we reached out to our Expedia booking agent.Expedia sent us back down to the desk where another desk agent happily and quickly and apologetically gave us a new room. The night front desk agent was amazing as well.There is a coffee maker in the room but you have to bring your own keurig coffee and the downstairs coffee maker was put out of service aka beans were empty. Honestly though we had a great time. It was clean and everyone was kind and helpful except for the first agent who gave us such a horrible start to our stay."
