The hotel was walking distance to the boardwalk, beautiful park, and beach. There was a good vibe with lots of good restaurants. The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, and nice towels. Enjoyed the full breakfast buffet before heading out. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I hope we will have a chance to stay at the Royal Anne Hotel again.

I had a very satisfying stay overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience very comfortable. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very reasonable and good value for the price. The location is absolutely perfect and very convenient for getting around. I would give it a 100/100. Great location, nice walking distance to events at Prospera Place. Only downfall is that the road in front is foot traffic only making it a minor inconvenience for taxi pick up (no cars can also be a positive). Lots of great unique restaurants close by, Sunny’s is amazing! Hotel breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly & helpful. I would absolutely stay here again! Interesting communal balcony on the second floor overseeing the busy Burrard St foot traffic. One block to the paths around the lake, beautiful!

This was a very nice little boutique hotel at a great rate located just a few blocks from the waterfront. Many shops (Arc'teryx and Lulu Lemon for example) and restaurants within walking distance.
