Ideal for what we needed

Bigger room, nicer bathroom , lots of light .... than we expected. Very comfortable ... luxurious ... convenient. Breakfast was excellent Staff very polite, friendly, competent and efficient

Mid week break

We were very happy with our stay. Our room was excellent - room 5. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. The breakfast was good. We ate in the inn both evenings which was very relaxing and good. Greenway is less than two miles from the Inn and well worth a visit. You need to book your car in before you go, we parked a little way down the road and walked in. Brixham is about 5 minutes away by car and a lovely place to visit too. If we visit this area again we will definitely stay at The Manor.

Only a one night stay but made very welcome. Lovely big room and excellent breakfast.

Warm welcome

Anywhere that will provide a meal for me when the kitchen is closed is the sort of place I want to stay. Really friendly pub atmosphere, great beer and great food. Really welcoming.

Room on the whole was ok - but hairs in bed- dusty and cobwebs all over lights- mini bar full of rusty out of date cans- noisy area breakfast really good

Oorspronkelijke pub met goede Engelse keuken

Prima stek, centrum voor reguliere bezoekers uit de omgeving. Daarmee zeer gezellig, ook door het personeel. Keuken in die setting zeker goed. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Zuid Devon.

A thoroughly enjoable stay with excellent staff and a very friendly atmosphere, facilities were good and nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel but bit noisy

The rooms have been done really well with comfy beds and good showers. The food is good to. Only small issue is the plumbing is noisy and the garden that is supposed to close at 10 doesn't otherwise this would have got 5 stars.

Lovely!

What a lovely place! The Manor Inn is located on a nice, picturesque road surrounded by rolling hills and friendly neighbors. Downstairs is a great pub and restaurant with friendly locals and the occasional dog (with owner, of course). I had a fantastic stay, a great meal for both dinner and breakfast, and a great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Nice Inn

When we arrived we were worried about the noise, staying at a pub but the only time we were aware of it was after the weekly quiz night, but not really a problem at all. Might be hard getting kids to sleep though.

we enjoyed our weekend the hotel and food was lovely. BUT linda did not like the coloured toilet paper

nice hotel just off the main road but a good place

I found the hotel withease and was shown to a nice clean warm room by the helpful staff and then whent out to painton to have a look round, nice and handy. I came back at about 7oclock and had drinks in the bar and decided to eat in. It was a good meal ,severd quickly and tasting good. All in all a plesant stay for the W/E. Both my wife and I would be only too happy to stay again.

Lovely location

The inn is just a short drive from Brixham. Lovely and tranquil. The room is large and of a high standard. Staff were all very friendly.
