This was wonderful property. We had a double suite on 9th floor with great balcony and great view of the city. Best breakfast I had recently in a hotel. If I come back to Brno again, I will get the same Cosmopolitan hotel.

Great stay

Great stay. Nice friendly staff. Decent breakfast. The only thing that felt a little mean was they charged for two small bottles of water in the room which we needed for coffee in the morning. Usually a hotel supplies a small amount of water as complimentary. I was also concerned about the welfare of the lizard in the reception/dining area. Seemed to live in a very confined space. I hope they let him out to a bigger area.

the staff was great and the hotel was very clean. house keeping made sure the sheets were cleaned and toiletries were always restocked. however, nearby buildings have a bit of unappealing graffiti, to no fault of the hotel or it's staff.

A wonderful base for our stay, lovely hotel. Couple of things would have made it better and that would be the provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Next to a stadium so not good if their is an event or concert on, noisy till about 3 in the morning on one night

Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was excellent, but I was surprised by the lack of options to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the room after our late (midnight) arrival from the airport. There isn't even a single hot drink machine on the floor or reception! Room service only until midnight.

Had a horrible experience here. The room was stuffy and hot and if you turned the air conditioning on there would be an incessant beeping sound from the walls that made it impossible to sleep. The shower in the bathroom was awful and the staff was unfriendly. Location wise it isn’t great. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid.

Rooms need updating

Maybe it was a bad luck but the bathtub fixture was broken so the water was coming out from the spout and head at the same time. The card reader behind the door was faulty and turned the power off for the whole room even when the card was inserted, creating couple of uncomfortable situations. Last but not least, there were no easily accessible power outlets near the desk and the only trash can was in the bathroom. All together, not a 4* experience.

Had a bad start to my stay when it took over 30 minutes just to find a parking spot to check in... I'm not sure if there was just a large event on that was taking up all the parking in the area, but very frustrating experience - especially when the reason why I picked this hotel was for the "Free Parking Available". Later learned that the hotel underground lot was available for 12 euros per night. Area around the hotel didn't feel all that safe to me - lots of people hanging around and area has clearly fallen into disrepair over the years with lots of buildings with smashed windows and closed stores (for many years). Inside the hotel - walls were thin and the floor they put me on had wall painting going on during the day. Walls were thin and you could hear most of what was going on. Would not recommend and will definitely not be returning.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet caters for every want and need and the breakfast dining room is pleasant for a long breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and housekeeping welcome feedback and requests and are responsive. The room windows are effective in cutting outside noise . Air conditioning is in each room and is adequate but not the best. We have stayed in summer and recently in autumn. The beds are huge and very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the Bruno bar and restaurant. The food there is excellent and service is superb. A special mention for Hana, in the Bruno cafe who is exceptionally friendly and helpful as a server. The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk into town or you can walk 5 minutes to the trams or just across the road to the bus stops. Alternatively, it is about a £3 taxi ride into town via the Bolt taxi app. Kaufland supermarket is an easy walk away as is the Lužansky park if you wan a pleasant morning walk after breakfast. The hotel also has an excellent massage therapist, gym facilites, pool etc. This was our 2nd visit and we will certainly be back.

The public parking was full but luckily the hotel offered their reserved park for free. Would not be, it would not be simple to find a place close to the hotel. Breakfast very good, superior choice. Bed mattress too soft and the same dor the pillows. Room quite hot: the aor conditioner was like a fan with fresh air. No possibility to set any temperature. Moquette was pretty clean but... Still a moquette! Staff very nice and polite. Should the rooms would be renovated, i would come again, cause its a goos quality price, even if the center is at a 30 mins walk. Otherwise, i would never choose the hotel,there is better.
