I’m not really sure to begin. The checking in part was a simple process and then it kind of went down hill from there.
First, the lady didn’t active one of our key cards so we had to go back and see her about that. Not a big deal, quick easy fix.
Second, there were two sconces where the bed was and neither one of them worked. The outlet didn’t work as well so the phone charger had to put on the desk instead of near the bed.
Third, the wifi didn’t work at all from the room we were in. It kept telling us we weren’t close enough to where their one and only router was located. Eventually, we did get connected, but we had to be outside to do so.
Fourth, the place was more dirty than any other hotel or motel I have stayed in. There was some type of dead insect by the lamp on the desk, there was a bobby pin on the floor, there was water damage near the bed and the pillowcases were not clean either.
Fifth, the tv for the remote did not work at all. We even got new batteries from the desk and there wasn’t anything that could be done. So we couldn’t change the channel or turn up the volume.
Last but not least, I understand that the breakfast is free and I shouldn’t really expect five star quality food and that’s right, but I’d like at least one star quality. The breakfast sausages didn’t taste right, there wasn’t much variety for the food. The orange juice was slimy and there really wasn't much of an option for food.
