I come here regularly for work and it's always a nice stay. Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff. They also went above and beyond for me as I had to leave a night early due to a family emergency and they will credit me a night for my next stay. Would highly recommend if staying in Broken Hill.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious and had everything I needed. Bathroom was a bit old and tired with damaged floor of shower (glad I had my thongs). Have stayed there before and would definitely stay there again. It's a bit noisy so you'll need ear plugs to sleep.

I have never felt so welcome. The staff, indeed all of Broken Hill, are so friendly and helpful. I am 83 and pleased to have made the effort.

The house keeping staff were lovely and helpful. Although we didn’t go there to watch TV the TV was very small and the first room didn’t work at all . The staff were very happy to move us and accommodate our needs however. It is a lovely place but very noisy if you are in the balcony rooms.

Didn’t get the accommodation booked, “cottage” was barely fit for habitation, no reduction in rate offered or given after complaint. Restaurant a shambles, food being brought in from adjoining pizza shop and cafe.

Toilet was leaking water from the cistern when we flushed. Water was pouring onto the bathroom floor so we couldn’t really use it. No internet not that I care but my teenage daughters did.

Hotel was clean and room was generally very good. The lack of lift to upper floor (all rooms) was a challenge for my wife. Also the lack of hand rail at the top of stairs meant that she needed assistance to complete stair climb. Also, the dining room was advertised as being open for dinner on 7 nights per week - in fact it was not open on Sunday night requiring us to find an alternative venue for dinner on that night at short notice.

The room was large and very comfortable room, while a little dated in places. The room opened out onto a wide veranda that was shared by other rooms. The balcony had a few tables and chairs that I suspect hadn't been cleaned for a while as there were buckets of empty drink bottles. The staff were really friendly. Easy to reach the centre of town as it is on the main street
