โWe really enjoyed our stay. I am a scrounge when paying for meals out But we thought the evening meal was good value. The waiters where very helpful and helped to make it a great success. ONE FAULT WAS I DIDN'T REALISE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING. BEFORE WARNED.!
Thankfully a lovely member of staff (Marie) sorted it. โ
โGrafton Manor is a unique hotel with old world charm. The star were without exception friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner was excellent!โ
โVery clean and comfortable room and easy check-in/access, with all necessary details being provided in advance via email as well as text. Reasonably priced.
Fairly quiet room/location, despite the accommodation being next to a dual carriageway. Easy access for getting a minicab to family in another town, as well as walking distance to local shops and amenities. A parking space available next to the property was also handy for us, as we drove up from London.
Would book again if planning to...
โYou may think on first seeing it thatโs just a pub, itโs great, and the owners are very welcoming and friendly, if weโre going to Malvern or the area again we would definitely book again.โ
โA wonderful woodland stay in a character filled hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Malverns. Did not have dinner here, but the cooked breakfast was spot on. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.โ
โRooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museumโ
โThe hotel was basic and without fridge. Easy access to city centre and bus routes. Easy access to train station. The only problem with hotel was the noise made by toilet and this is all toliets so next door rooms cause a lot of noise and can wake guest in night.โ
