“I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and...

“First of all I booked here for the pool. Got here, pool closed. Second the room was not that clean. The smell in the room was so bad, went to Walmart and bought lysol and room air freshener. I'm very disappointed.”

“The property looks great from what I saw. My TV didn't work half work. The phone was dead. And the manager is not helpful. I accidentally booked the room at 11:00 p.m. for the night. I didn't need that night but I needed the next night. Within 5 to 7 minutes I was trying to get this corrected. But apparently Holiday Inn or the manager that works here does not do any type of refund or care if you made any type of mistake. I did rebook for the correct night while waiting for a response thinking...
