“Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

“We loved our stay at this absolutely charming and beautiful hotel Ypres. It’s set on extensive and beautifully landscape grounds only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Extremely well maintained to a very high standard, the staff was marvellous and the dining room was excellent. The cost for breakfast seemed a little high at first, but after we experienced the breakfast, we had no reservations. Extensive buffet with freshly cooked options. Very high-quality. We also enjoyed dinner there...

“We had a very pleasant stay in Bruges. Even though the weather was getting colder, the room was warm and comfortably heated. The spacious parking area made us feel that the parking fee was absolutely worth it. The hotel’s location was unbeatable — just a few steps from the main square and only a 5-minute walk to the boat cruise departure point. We stayed in a triple room on the top attic floor, with charming slanted ceilings. Through the window, we could see the sky and even the Belfry clock...
