“For one thing, the pillows and bed sheets on the top were so smelly. I think there is a problem with the laundry. Everything else was good.”

“Comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. Friendly staff.”

“adequate for an overnight stay, would come here again.”

“Fridge - freezer completely filled with ice Only one bedside reading lamp Outside chairs and table very dirty”

“Arrived at 4pm and there were no staff, key was in an unlocked box and facility was unstaffed, which would nto be an issue but there was no cold water in the room (only hot) could not have a show unless I wanted to scald myself, also no kettle no milk and just enough toilet paper for 2 or 3 uses with no spare rolls in the room...... When we returned to the property and 9pm we literally walked past the entry and had to look at Google maps to find the entrance because the entry lights were off...

“Very nice and clean tent. Spotless clean. Good amenities. A fully equipped kitchen. A big bathroom. The price per night for Greenwell point is way too high. I don’t think it’s worth $270 a night for a tent in a place where there’s nothing to do, it’s not a tourist place, and there’s no bar/clubs/restaurants at all.”

“Perfect as always”

“We were charged $221 for a triple room, ie 2 beds got 1 bed only. There were other rooms available; we asked to be moved to one of these, but the staff couldn't get in touch with the boss and needed his permission .He lived in Sydney .Other guests only paid $120 for their room.A clear case of being totally taken advantage of and ripped off! The floor was unpainted cement and was freezing. The air conditioner was so old and loud we couldn't leave it on .There were no extra blankets,so we had to...

“Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. I had to park my car at reception as the park has turned 90% of their units into live in accomodation, and I could not drive my car down the appropriate driveways to the unit as garbage, rubbish and old broken cars blocked...
