El personal super bello y atento en todo momento. Las personas con gran calidez humana. Lo único mal fue las camas que al ser ortopédicas estaban un poco duras pero igual nos trataron de resolver con ponernos algo debajo para la segunda noche sentir más comodidad. Recomendaría que ofrezcan servicio de restaurante los días que haya huéspedes porque nos quedamos con las ganas de comer salmón. Las porciones de la cena del día anterior, deliciosas y buen tamaño. Recomiendo cambiar toallas y paños si ya están usados. Al menos los nuestros estaban limpios pero es bueno de vez en cuando tener toallas limpias del todo para el día siguiente. El personal un 100. Siempre atentos, encendieron el jacuzzi y la piscina cuando nos metíamos y siempre muy amenos.

Hotel con potencial de mejora

El hotel es bonito, cuenta con una piscina y un jacuzzi agradables. La vista es muy linda. El desayuno es bueno y tienen varias opciones. El restaurante en general presta un buen servicio y la comida es rica. El personal es amable. El gimnasio podrían perfectamente cerrarlo ya que ninguna máquina está en buen estado. Sin embargo, lo más importante para nosotros en un hotel es la comodidad y este hotel ya está para renovar. Los colchones son muy duros y las almohadas incomodas. También es hora de renovar las toallas. Lo otro es que por la noche se escucha bastante el ruido de la carretera.

Excelente servicio y regular por el descanso

Lugar cerca del parque gallineral, personal super amable y la comida rica, es un lugar trabquilo con muy bonita vista hacia las montañas llenas de arboles, lo unico que no me gusto fue que las camas estaban un poco duras y las almohadas eran de plástico lo que hace que sude durante la noche y no descansar del todo. En general bueno pero a conaiderar lo del descanso.
