Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Thanks!!

Absolutely terrible. Just do not book it by any means. I arrived to the hotel and there is no reception on site. There are two mobile numbers you need to call and no one answers. Same was at the check out. The cleaner came to some sort of rescue at the check-in. Then the rooms are as shabby as you can imagine in the worst dreams. The rooms and all the facilities seems like they are stuck in the long gone ‘70s!!!! Save yourself the bother and just don’t book it.

Warm cosy feel like home atmosfhere; great matress!! A little noisy in the morning; Lovely green area walking distance to main attractions; Tasty diverse breakfast; Mini bar through the roof prices! 3 pounds for a 250 ml evian/perrier:) not cool!:) Attentive personnel; Wi-fi really poor! Lovely stay
Lovely stay, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are elegant, tasteful decorated, cosy and clean. The cleaning service during our stay was perfect. The highlight of this stay was the very large and comfortable bed with impeccable bedding, we loved it. Minor minuses like one of the bathroom sink taps was quite noisy or due to the room location sometime early morning we could hear restaurant staff when chatting right outside the restaurant entrance. Overall we loved very much our stay in this hotel and we strongly recommend it.

Hotel molto carino e pulito, situato in una zona tranquilla di Bucarest. Unica pecca il servizio: l’hotel non ha l’ascensore e il personale non mi ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli fino alla camera, situata al terzo piano, nonostante le mie richieste. Anche il servizio ristorante molto discutibile: molti piatti sul menu non disponibili e il cameriere insisteva perché non ordinassi la pietanza che ho scelto...

Das Hotel liegt in einem guten Stadtviertel von Bukarest. Ich hatte leider keine Zeit die Sauna zu nutzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet.

Romanian Vacation
Great hotel, great location! No elevators, though, therefore it is difficult for people with big luggage to drag them around, I had to hurl them across to the 2nd floor.There was only minimal storage place in the bathroom, not enough hooks close to the shower which diminishes the comfort and condition rating. As to the cleanliness - only one concern: the power plugs in one room (# 22) were unscrewed from the wall and each touch would cut the power. Aside from these shortcomings, we enjoyed the proximity of everything and the great breakfast. The wi-fi was a bit slow, but manageable, the heating in great condition, the beds comfortable enough.

Small boutique hotel with excellent service!
This is a small boutique hotel where the staff and service was friendly and efficient. It does not have many restaurants inside but many great choices a few minutes walk outside.

Nice property, a ways to go yet.
The hotel lacks the details that make a stay really good--a list of telephone numbers for service, mirrors at a good height, helpful people at the breakfast buffet. Silverware wasn't always available...and on. The staff doesn't appear to have had good training, although they were, on the whole, pleasant and, when addressed, the management bent over backwards to correct problems.

Lovely boutique hotel
Hotel is lovely although the standard rooms are quite dark, the furniture perhaps a bit outdated, very clean, reception staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful, location was perfect for us, in terms of food I only had a coffee which was not the best but very expensive, wifi ok.

Good but not enough!
Beautiful hotel, good cuisine, reception almost professional.If you have an appointment and you need your shirt get ironed don't let them do it in the morning.You'll wait a lot. Be careful if you book by hotels.com because they will charge twice telling you that the card hasn't benn charged. It is only for guarantee. If you try to call them at the reception the next day nobody will answer.

Simply Excellent
The hotel is lovely and the staff very kind and professional. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. Excelent breakfast and wonderful terrace. The area is quiet, close to the biggest park in Bucharest and to old city centre. It felt like being home more than in a hotel, so I will definitely come back.

Luxurious
This was the best hotel we stayed at in Romania. We spent our last night here and we loved it. It is luxurious, the rooms are large and have all amenities, including a comfortable bed. The linen was clean, even had a feather down duvet for the chilly weather. We enjoyed our stay!

Good choice of hotel in Bucharest
Good hotel in proximity of green spaces. The room was large and quiet, the hotel staff excellent, and the continental breakfast very good. Only two minuses: the living room was rather an L-shaped corridor, and the price was rather high.

Let down by breakfast
Really wonderful street hotel is on. Quiet, you can even hear the crickets. Very nice terrace, rooms old style and clean. Probably much nicer in summer as the attraction is the outdoors. The awful breakfast buffet is an unnecessary let down.

Un hotel que responde a su categoría. No obstante, lejos del centro. Nosotros escogimos el hotel porque llegábamos de madrugada a bucarest y queríamos algo cómodo para la familia y sobretodo porque nos venían a buscar al aeropuerto. Pues ojo, porque el tipo que vino a buscarnos se dormía al volante!. Tuvimos que irle dando conversación porque cerraba los ojos. La imagen del hotel quedó dañada. Salvo esto, el hotel está bien, aunque lejos, hay que coger autobús y metro para llegar al centro.

Nice hotel in a great area but noisy
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in July of 2015. The hotel is very well appointed with large rooms, plenty of amenities such as large beds, large sized bathrooms, free fast wi-fi, TV channels and toiletries. Hotel is located on a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood. Staff is fantastic and will work with you to make your stay as pleasing as possible. The only downside of this hotel is the constant events running such as large weddings and other parties. There is an event room downstairs with a terrace out back and an event room upstairs with the terrace at the front. It is impossible to sleep in most rooms when these events go on as the music and base can be heard from every corner. Rooms 11 - 14 on the 3rd floor we found to be the only ones where sleep happens even when an event is in full bloom.

Excellent Neighborhood
We have booked a room at this hotel for one night prior to flying overseas. The location of the hotel is excellent, a beautiful, upscale area of Bucharest. There are many new restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The hotel is located close to a main boulevard and about 15 minutes drive to the airport. The room itself was large with a rustic feel. The bathroom lacks lighting. It only had a few 10 watt bulbs. The bed was a disappointment and impossible to sleep on. A king size bed with two twin size mattresses that would make you fall in the center. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The bed was extremely loose and every time you moved it shifted left and right and the headboard banged the wall. We woke up in the middle of the night with the people's above us bed banging the wall. When you stay at a hotel for only one night, the most important thing is the bed for a comfortable night sleep. Our room faced a back alley and the alley cats were having a New Year celebration that also disturbed our sleep. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant has a beautiful glass enclosed terrace that faces the street.
