"We had a great stay here. Booking was easy and the check-in process was smooth. Our arrival was delayed, but the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with our late check-in, which was much appreciated. The hotel was clean, modern and stylish, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The shop on site was also really handy for picking up essentials without having to go far. Another great feature was the WOW Pass available in the hotel reception area. It made exploring and shopping around Myeongdong and Seoul much easier and more convenient. Overall, a comfortable, convenient and well-run hotel with friendly staff. We would happily stay here again!"

"The best location! This 5-star hotel is located right across the street from Myeong-dong’s shopping area. I love how it separates the busy shopping district from the hotel’s peaceful, upscale atmosphere. Once you cross the street from Myeong-dong shopping street, it feels much quieter and more luxurious. The perfect location for shopping while still enjoying a relaxing stay!"

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
