Our family had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s breakfast was the best part. They had a variety of options to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. There’s a subway line in close proximity to the hotel along with many restaurants, shopping malls, and stores. This made it convenient for us. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Even though had turned on the "do not disturb" light already, housekeeping still rang room bell at 9am, for 2 days. Need to improve as it was really disturbed. Other than it rest are all good, location is right at Bucheon downtown, very convenience for eating and shopping. Breakfast is just average...
