However the front desk staff was so polite, made no hassle about it, and very swiftly retrieved my booking and gave me the original room. They transformed a nerve wracking travel moment into a very pleasant experience!"

"I accidentally purchased 2 nights and repeatedly asked for a refund for the 2nd night with no response. The elevators were down almost the whole time we were there so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs and I still had to pay for 2 nights even though I only stayed for 1 stay. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. "

"I know the area very well, so i would have no problem with finding what i need. Parking okay here, but it is small when the hotel is full. I slso understand budgets, but i fo travel alone and being an older women, it would give me and other single traveler's peace of mind, if you had someone walk the parking lot early in the morning and a couple of times in the evening. Maybe offer to women visitors the option of having someone walk out with them to or from their cars at night."
