Ein wunderschön am See gelegenes Hotel bestehend aus einem älteren und einen modernen Teil. Unser Zimmer befand sich im modernen Abschnitt mit indirektem, aber tollen Blick auf den Schermützelsee. Es herrschte dort eine friedliche Atmosphäre und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück konnten wir auf der Terrasse einnehmen und uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Wellnessbereich ist modern und sauber. Nun zu den Kritikpunkten: Das Zimmer ist zwar barrierefrei, jedoch sehr klein, gemessen am Preis. Es gab kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten, so dass die Sachen gleich im Koffer blieben. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Als wir eintrafen war der Ablauf der Dusche verstopft, wodurch ungewollt das Bad überschwemmt wurde. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Etwas störend empfanden wir, dass es durch ein Dachfenster im Flur direkt vor den Fahrstühlen nach einem Regenschauer tropfte. Ich finde, dass solche groben Mängel unverzüglich abzustellen sind. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub mit leichten Abstrichen.
