“The studio was clean, well located and generally comfortable, and communication with the property was mostly fine.
However, I was disappointed that a washing machine was listed among the facilities but was not available in the apartment. I checked in on Sunday and only found out on Thursday, after asking where it was, that it had been removed because of a problem.
