You can use the air condition for heating, sou you can have in the room enough warm. If you have any issues please just come to the reception. We are here to help you and make your stay comfortable.

Dear Daniela, thank you for the positive review. We don't have a 24/7 reception so we can keep our price low. We offer for our guest free self check-in. The instructions are easy to understand, if you need help you can call us. We don't have daily cleaning as you can read when you make the reservation. We are an eco friendly accomodation and if you stay for 4 nights, we make a daily cleaning and change the towels on the 3. day. If you need daily cleaning, just let us know at the reception but you need to pay for it. Overall we hope you had a pleasabt stay.

Dear Guest, you booked a small type of studio, which is our smallest studio - you could read about its size when you made the reservation! You could also book a medium or large studio if you need more space.We are a three star accomodation, and we do not offer cleaning service every day. If you stayed with us for more than three nights, we provide one free cleaning and towel change! If you did not get fresh towels, your door was likely locked from the inside and the cleaning staff couldn't get in. Next time, please come to our reception, and let us know what would be the best time for you! We're here to help and to make your stay more comfortable. Overall, we're glad you had a pleasant stay with us.
