Comfy Studio in Top Location

Location is very central, plenty of shops and restaurants / bars nearby, but sill reasonably calm. Studio comes with a sizeable balcony opening to the courtyard. Furniture and kitchen equipment complete and new, very clean.

It is awesome and comfortable place and near to city center. Quite clean and there are everything you can use. Just it should be a hole in bedroom because of evacuating water there.

Nice staff, good location, noisy neighbours

The staff was very nice and helpful. Make sure to check the check in instructions before arriving, the reception is located at a different building. The room was clean and located in a good area. The negative side is that the walls are very thin and you can hear every single conversation, alarm, and cabinet closing in the surrounding apartments. If you’re a light sleeper or enjoy peace and quiet, probably not the place for you.

Overall the stay was okay. I would like others to know that the AC, if it exists, doesn’t work well. Luckily the weather was mild so it didn’t trouble us much. The kitchen was stocked decently and we had what we needed to make a basic meal. We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 young children and the apartment accommodated us comfortably, my 2 children shared a pull out sofa, and the bedroom had a queen bed. The check in/out process is virtual and we communicated with the owner via WhatsApp. Parking in the garage was only available 1 of the 2 nights we stayed. There was a lot next door to pay to park.

the property usually did not pick up call when you need it. so it’s kind of challenging to park car. the location is not meant for family with children. too much of construction noise . the cooling system is inside the walls, so no air circulation. bottom line very disturbance sleep. thanks vijay

Customer service needs improving

A block of apartments operated by two companies. Instructions of accessing the property wasn't sent in time blaming booking came through third party í.e Hotels.com -very lame excuse. Forced to fill in registration form on the mobile phone in the dark and cold street. During the 4 night stay I came across other guests who had the same experience. No noticeable cleaning of the apartment during my stay, except one towel change. Noise from the street as well as cigarettes smoke on the corridor

for a start, stated AC but it wasnt, something ekse which didnt work and all the reply i got was ig will start to cool down, never did and room too warm to sleep with no fans. Coffee machine didnt work and despite bringing it up as an issue nothing was even answered until halfway though the stay...not much point then! The place itself was ok.but had to ask 5 times for further key codes so more than 1 phone ( and therefore 1 person!) could be used to open the front door!

Me he alojado en este apartamento con mis hijos y hemos estado muy tranquilos. Muy bien comunicado, con muy poco ruído, calentito y a poca distancia del centro. Buena limpieza y con casi todo lo necesario en la cocina.Únicamente hemos echado en falta un pequeño horno pero lo demás perfecto.

Comfortable Room - Noisy Hotel

Stayed for a week. The room is comfortable with a good bed, nice bath with hot shower and tub and full kitchenette area with a balcony. The room overlooked a parking lot next door which was quiet. The design of the hotel creates a lot of noise. The rooms are accessible from walkways that open to an atrium that is open to the lobby/entry/elevator area from the ground level to the ceiling. Any noise in the lobby/elevator area echos up through the atrium and conversations and people coming and going is very loud. Overall I had a pleasant stay and the location is convenient to food and shopping.

Location is perfect and bed is great! The apartment is missing some furniture inside the room for our belongings, like a nightstand for both sides. Kitchen appliances were not clean. No kitchen sponge, no towel. When traveling for a few days we expect those things.

Perfect apartment.

The apartments was very modern and clean, close to the city with plenty of food and places to drink nearby, with the nearest tram stop 10 mins walk away. We struggled to check in but messaged the hotel and they helped us straight away. Highly recommend and would be back!

Otele girişte saat 15:35 olmasına rağmen giriş kodu alamadık, bunun üzerine Hotels.com üzerinden müşteri hizmetleri aracılığı ile adımıza otel ile görüşüldü ve girişimiz sağlandı. Özellikle hotels.com çok ilgili ve anında çözüm ürettiği için teşekkür ediyorum. Ancak otel yetkililerin iletişimini geliştirmesi gerekiyor. Zamanında check in sağlaması gerekiyor. Çünkü eğer biz geç check out yapsaydık eğer anında ceza kesilirdi. Aynı hassasiyet ve disiplini otel yetkililerinden de bekliyorum. Check in saatine odayı hazır etmeleri gerekiyor.

Apartament przy śmietniku

Zakwaterowanie w pokoju, którego nawet nie było na zdjęciach, wszystko byłoby ok gdyby nie fakt, że pokój znajdował się poniżej poziomu innych mieszkań tuż obok śmietnika całego obiektu, z którego wydobywał się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach,niestety przenikający do mieszkania!! W czasie pandemii zakwaterowanie z rodziną jest nie do pomyślenia!! Do samego pomieszczenia nie mam zastrzeżeń ale do jego LOKALIZACJI! Brak odpowiedzi z obiektu. Wygląda jakby mieszkanie zostało zrobione jako dodatkowe ale na pewno nie powinno być przeznaczone do mieszkania!!!

Easy access, walking distance to the inner city in a safe area. The block is new amd fairly quiet. The small studio flat with a balcony was clean and tidy, still in brand new conditions. Good value for money to have your own studio. We had, good and clear communication for check in-out no issues at all.
