Tidy and comfortable
Much better then expected: it was clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful.
Metro line 3 to downtown is 5 minutes walk and tram 24 to Keleti railway station stop right in front of the hotel.

Good price for the value
Orczy road is quite loud over the window until 9-10PM, but otherwise the place is OK, and the host is really helpful and flexible
