Room was relatively clean but on the smaller side - difficult managing big suitcases open on the floor but there was nowhere else to put them. Room has very thin walls and a tiny sink - but comfy bed! Had some initial trouble with the safe and TV remote but receptionist was quick to assist. Great location for tourists and close to transit and many good restaurants and cafes. Solid rooftop bar was a nice experience.

The location and view of the hotel was great. Especially the rooftop where we had our breakfast. However,the ventilator in the bathroom and the fridge in our room was not working. We stayed for 3 nights. We let them know about the fridge but it was neither fixed nor replaced. Also our room was close to the restrooms on the floor and had some noise and smell. Breakfast was limited too.

Central location within walking distance of many of the cities key attractions. 300 metres from AirPort Express bus at second last stop. As soon as I entered the hotel , the staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate and comfy . Couldn’t have asked for more . Had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant on the final day due to other commitments during the stay and it was amazing.
