Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Frühstücksraum im "Urban Jungle" ist wirklich sehr schön und außergewöhnlich. Das Hotelpersonal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Präsidentensuite, die mit 165 qm2, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, einer Extra-Toilette, Kickertisch, Sauna und Whirlpool keine Wünsche offen lässt. Preis-Leistung auch super. Kleine Kritik: in den Blumenkübeln an den Fenstern war nur verdorrtes Gestrüpp. Das hat den sonst gepflegten Eindruck etwas geschmälert.

Worth paying for spacious room
The location: about 10 min walk from the nearest train or tram station, and a bit far if you have a heavy luggage. The room: very spacious and clean enough quiped with good quality amenities (molton brown). The staff: very friendly and helpful.

The property is beautiful! We loved it and will recommend definitely. The o Ku down side was the body lotion, it may have been old or maybe the bottom of it may have been old because it had an odd texture but other than that all great! The staff is amazing

Ikke pengene værd på nogen måde
Vel ankommet til budapest og til hotellet, måtte vi igennem 4 væresler før vi fandt et der kun lugtede lidt af kloak. med andre ord der lugtede fælt og det var ikke noget man kunne gøre noget ved!!! Køleskabet fungerede ikke. TVét fungerede ikke. Og som sagt lugtede der af kloak alle 3 dage vi var der. Som en kompensation ville hotellet byde os på gratis minibar fra lørdag til søndag - det gjorde de os bare først olpmærksomme på da vi checkede ud søndag. Morgenmaden der serveres fra den tilstødende restaurant er dog god men har heller ingenting med hotellet at gøre, der virker gammelt slidt og kitchet. Personalet virkede også trætte og formåede som nævnt ikke at gøre noget ved lugten. Vi kan IKKE anbefale dette hotel til nogen

Hotel was excellent. Need to be aware that it is a city centre and there is noise from the street at night. Definitely include breakfast served in a beautiful restaurant, but it is a la carte and not a buffet. Location 500m walk from transport hub.

The advantages for the accomodation are the top location and the trendy atmosphere, especially for younger people who can appreciate some good party vibes. The main disadvantage was the restaurant inside the hotel, which played very loud music on weekend evenings till late at night. For bad sleepers this can be a real bummer cause the rooms are not well isolated.

Not the relaxing stay I would have liked. The room initially allocated was essentially an extension of the restaurant and was unusable. Certainly the noise levels prevented any decent rest except between 1:30a.m and 6:00a.m., but the hotel was at least able to offer a different room for the remainder of the stay - all the same, the first night was very unpleasant. The restaurant for breakfast appears not to be part of the hotel. Staff - especially at the breakfast reception - were very unfriendly and adopted the general attitude that hotel guests should be thankful to be given a table at all. The hotel is very clean and the cleaners do a great job, but were also very loud very early in the mornings. The hotel is clearly not designed for sleep in mind.

on my first night at the hotel, I came back after midnight to find people were asleep on the floor in front of reception, smoking cigarettes and drinking indoors with food openly on the floor and strewn about in the reception office with no hotel employees present. My rooms lock was broken then they put me in another room and the ac was broken and not working. they gave me a fan. I tried to get out of my reservation and move to another hotel but they asked me to call Expedia to manage this since I had booked via their service. Expedia said they would handle it and when I checked in for my next room which was a suite there was no air conditioning either in that unit. Expedia told me that everything would be okay and that they would help me through the experience but they lied and I had to sleep on a couch in a friend's suite which had air conditioning the entire stay. Expedia did not help me resolve the situation. I paid for a luxury suite that I did not use and I would not recommend either using Expedia or Stories hotel as an option in Budapest. There are plenty of options out there so spend your money wisely with another booking service and another hotel.

Hotel si trova agli ultimi due piani di un complesso ristrutturato. Agli altri piani uffici di coworking e al piano terra la Jungle locale molto gradevole dove al mattina si fa colazione buonissima grazie alla convenzione con l’albergo. Sfiziosi i Servizi dell’albergo sali massaggi alla barba ma anche il barman con i prezzi dei cocktail deciso dagli ospiti. Pretty neat hotel. We really liked the amenities and location. A bit noisy the Saturday night from the street and restaurant. But was good after that. No hot water one morning. But overall the features were great. Would stay again for sure.

Chambre vaste et literie de haut niveau mais éclairage et mobilier totalement inadaptés à un établissement de ce niveau. On ne peut pas allumer la lumière sans être totalement aveuglé par les « blinders » tout autour de la chambre ! En ce qui concerne le rangement, même IKEA ferait mieux…

Super lovely staff and great hotel. A great bar downstairs. The housekeeping could be a little better but would stay here again as the rooms are very cool.
