Von Expedia ganz schlecht organisiert! Zimmer Code kam erst einen Tag später 😡und ein Mitarbeiter musste erst telefonisch erreicht werden und dazu geholt werden. Morgens beim duschen kaltes Wasser weil der Schalter in Stromkosten nicht vom Personal eingeschaltet worden ist . An der Rezeption morgens auch keiner erreichbar . Zimmer super schön aber für eine Nacht viel Stress gehabt

Un escape game pour avoir une chambre.

Accueil difficile… Pas de réception, avec boîte à clé extérieur pas de code pour l’ouvrir !!! Une personne se présente pour m’aider ouvre la boîte pas de clé de chambre … Une autre personne arrive et je récupère une autre chambre. Celle-ci est bien équipée et très propre l’endroit est calme. Le lit est très moyen. Il faut réserver son petit déjeuner à l’avance avec un SMS sans accusé de réception, la salle de petit déjeuner est jolie comme le buffet qui est proposé tt est disponible Pour le paiement c’est compliqué mais tt est réalisable avec les plateformes de resa. Problème de langue … pas d’allemand pas de français pas d’anglais… Mais reste un très bon séjour malgré les péripéties

Unfortunately, we received the information to check-in from this hotel WAY too late for our stay. We could not check-in or get our room key. My daughter (also staying there with her family) called the telephone number listed on the door 12 times seeking help, but no one ever answered. Since my husband and I could not reach anyone, or get a key, we were forced to stay in another hotel. Not very nice.

I enjoyed my stay in the Best Business Bühl during my Easter holiday. The staff was helpful, the room has adequate amenities and was comfy. The location was convenient! Highly recommended.

Nice and clean rooms. Skipped breakfast.

Rented the apartment. Fairly easy to find and checkin via a code for a key box. Really nice when you arrive late as we did on our way on skiing holiday and just needed 6 hours of sleep. The room was very nice and clean. However I booked with breakfast but it was not noticed by the hotel. When I mentioned this during checkout they offered to cook breakfast. But it would take 20 minutes and we were in a hurry to get to our destination so we skipped it. Also - the checkout time was 0830 because it was a Saturday. If you are enroute and in a hurry this is way too late.

A notre arrivée vers 23:00 la chambre était propre mais glaciale, les radiateurs étaient éteints la fenêtre entre ouverte. (Température extérieur 1 degré) je vous laisse imaginer. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre pas de viennoiseries hormis deux mini muffins. Charcuterie séchée sur les bords. Des moucherons survolent nos tasses de cafés.

Hotel in Bühl

Staat gebuchtem Frühstück haben wir gerade mal einen 5 Euro Gutschein pro Person bekommen. Der Bäcker war (Sonntag) nicht gerade über die Straße… Zimmer war schön und sauber, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank da, Parkplatz direkt vor Hotel.
