Great boutique hotel. Very clean, well maintained, centrally located in Palermo Soho. The front desk staff of Thomas, Mora, and Aldana were amazing. Very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. The complimentary breakfast was yummy! Would absolutely stay there again

Inexpensive, basic accommodation that clean, well run with an excellent young staff that assist in every way. This is not a 5 star facility but it's clean fun and three days cost us less than we paid for our last supper at the Fairmont. WONDERFUL Staff.

Its a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are average size. Best part is they have a bakery in the front of the hotel. The baked goods are pretty good. Its nice to have fresh baked breads in the am. Its situated in a great area, in the heart of palermo soho, where all the action is. Everything is withing walking distance; bars, restaurants, entertainment. Bad things are, water pressure in the shower was so,so. One day there was no hot water. You have to enter security gate, which is ok. No elevators. No bar or lounge area. But you can always just go to the bars next door or within walking distance. It can get loud on weekends as all the bars are close by, but im cool with that. There are no chain hotels in the area so this is a good option.

All of the staff is very nice and accommodating along with the room that was clean. The bed was firm but it’s a king size and comfortable and there’s a safe to store valuable items. The room had a private patio downstairs and includes a table and chairs. Breakfast and coffee was great and walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants.

Encaminhei mensagens ao hotel e não foram se quer respondidas. Chegamos ao hotel e nos deparamos com um café na entrada e o hotel aos fundos, fomos bem recebidos pela equipe e nos alojaram no 2 andar do hotel, um apartamento bem diferente do que haviam mostrado no site e instagram, um apartamento simples e básico. Na primeira noite foi difícil dormir pois o colchão estava com defeito bem no meio e havia um barulho de exaustor vindo da cozinha muito forte, solicitei a troca de apartamento sendo somente feita no terceiro dia de hospedagem para um apartamento melhor no primeiro andar. A equipe sempre muito prestativa e educada. Sobre o café da manhã, sempre o mesmo cardápio, aonde você não tem o direito de modificar, não existe um controle de qualidade e de variedade... Para ser sincero, não vale o valor que pedem, sim vale 50% do que eu paguei, nada mais que isso. Hoje em dia temos de ter bastante cuidado, porque quando dizem ser hotel boutique, tem que ter sim conceito, atendimento, acolhimento do cliente e identidade e realmente falta isso (o cheiro é terrível de manteiga por causa do café, barulho de exaustor, pety friendly no café, dentro de um hotel...) Ou é hotel ou é café. Ficamos oito dias e não temos vontade de voltar.
