Great place. Super clean. Everyone at the front desk is super helpful. It was helpful to us that everyone spoke English. We needed that! Gym is really nice. Pool is really nice. Very safe. Walk to nice to restaurants on River/Canal in nice local neighborhood with cafes.

Beautiful place, but the floor boards weren’t installed properly and moved/slid when you walked on them. Poor communication from the hotel at all times. Internet didn’t work the entire stay. TV was not a smart TV (really doesn’t matter though since there was no internet). Oh and they don’t accept debit cards. They wanted a cash deposit HIGHER than the entire room rate because I didn’t have credit card!!! Seriously?!

Better Choices
I travel a lot all over the world and like to book hotels with kitchenettes. This hotel, for the money, was not worth it. Kitchenette was barely stocked with utensils, no coffee pot in room. Breakfast in the lobby was good, but had to eat cereal and coffee out of very small plastic or styrofoam cups, plastic utensils. Breakfast area was extremely small and they would not allow you to eat on the big chairs in the lobby even when there was not room in the specific eating area. No bathroom in lobby. Would not recommend this hotel for the money.

It was an average property for the price. They gave the same room to us and to a different couple so we were all very confused when random people opened our hotel room door. We had to switch rooms during our stay bc of maintenance (so weird). The parking was ridiculously expensive for Buenos Aires ($11/night). We got stuck in the elevator and no one did anything to help and when we informed them of the issue nothing happened and we could hear other people getting stuck for a full day until they fixed it. Overall a meh experience.

En cuanto al cambio de habitación, usted reservó dos estadías diferenciadas y dicha acción, operativamente requería un cambio de unidad. Con respecto al servicio de cochera, recuerde por favor que la cochera pertenece al Hotel y es un servicio que el hotel presta. No somos una cochera convencional de las que pueda encontrar en la zona. La tarifa de USD 11 por noche se encuentra completamente equilibrada, además de contar con seguridad, respaldo y servicio de Valet.Con respecto al inconveniente en el Ascensor, lamentamos lo sucedido haciendo mención a la diligencia y rapidez del personal, que generaron una salida del módulo en tiempos aceptables. Desde ya, agradecemos profundamente su apreciación y esperamos contar con su presencia prontamente.Sin más, saluda muy atentamente.

Nice, clean hotel close to Puerto Madero. Friendly staff. Breakfast had only few options but was sufficient to our taste. Easy to take with to your room. Bed was comfortable. The room was large and airy, nice view.

Nice but nothing special.
Condition of room could have been better but was sufficient. Appeared to be severe water damage to flooring around entry/kitchenette area. Desk area had no electrical outlets that we could find. (A power strip could have resolved the problem, as desk lamp was plugged in through access hole to nearby closet) Staff turnover resulted in item left behind on previous trip (women's boots) being "LOST" despite being advised they would be held.
