Very nice hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our flight back home was delayed for 48 hours, and Guadalupe and Kevin from the hotel Front Desk were of great help in sorting out this problem. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. Our waiter, Sara provided great service

Truly a five star experience. We arrived early after a 9 hour flight, and they let us use a cabin in the pool/spa area to shower and change clothes. Then they stored our luggage until our room was ready, so we got a head start in enjoying Buenos Aires. The restaurant is excellent Italian quisine.
