A nice hotel in the Palermo district. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Front desk staff were unaware of the Expedia VIP perk, but then offered a nice fruit basket.

The hotel was fun to stay at, and I appreciated all the help like calling taxis. I loved the neighborhood, a good feeling and great steakhouses very close by. I am more comfortable in a location like this than a hotel for triple the cost that is in a high rise downtown. The people in the lobby spoke English very well and were not just helpful, but pleasant to deal with.

The staff was very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed breakfast at the rooftop area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We felt specially safe with attended lobby and doorman. There is also a safe in the room, where we kept our passports and extra cash. Concierge helped me set up the taxi service before my arrival which helped me feel more relaxed (I heard taking a random taxi at the airport is not safe). Palermo Hollywood is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and parc. The tourist bus stop is about 8 blocks away. I recommend this hotel, we had a great experience.

Unfortunately the staff was not trained, they didn’t find our reservations, the payment was super complex, we didn’t received the complementary wine promised and the check out took almost 30min. I don’t recommend this hotel

The e key card failed to wired 7 times in the short time I was staying. One lift of the two didn’t work. Wifi is very poor. Virtually non existent at the poolside. Front desk staff were great. Especially Christopher who was very nice and helpful. All the front desk were nice. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel.

The service is awful on this property. People seem to have an attitude, a condescending one. One person who was so welcoming was Tomas Divita who helped us set up our SIM cards and helped with getting appointments for services. He truly is the HEART of this hotel. I hope someone will recognize the hard work he is doing in this place. Hope the rest of the staff will follow his example of providing superior customer service. Also, have enough towels so guests don’t call everyday asking for fresh dry ones. The hotel staff made a big deal the last day of our stay about towels. It felt like we were in a motel not hotel. The breakfast is very bad as well. For sure not a 4 star one.

El hotel esta bien, el desayuno bien completo. Como punto negativo que no habia suficiente luz en el baño para maquillarme y que la tabla + plancha de ropa habia que pedir cada vez que necesitabas, luego la recogian. Incómodo la verdad es que podrian dejar una en cada habitación y seria mucho las comodo.

Buena ubicación ! Habitaciones amplias. Sin embargo hay un bar a lado, lo que ocasionaba que se sentaran a tomar y fumar en la salida del hotel. Haciéndonos sentir un poco inseguros !

Check in took too long. The reception lady was very friendly though. My hotel key stopped working five times within three days... Bathroom smelled really bad. The Dazzler on Humboldt Street.

The hotel was excellent for a small hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge. Just beware there are 3 Dazzlers in Palermo. My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. I was coming from a small town in USA and did not feel completely safe in the area at night. We did uber everywhere which is a very inexpensive way to get around.

O hotel é muito bom para quem quer ficar em Palermo, perto de restaurantes renomados e casas noturnas. Se for a primeira vez que Buenos Aires, talvez nao seja uma boa opção, pois fica mais distantes de pontos turísticos como Puerto Madero.

Great stay in the best location!

Outstanding service and great location! We stayed three times during our trip and we always loved to come back. Rooms are pretty different. It makes sense to get a more spacious corner room when staying longer.... The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with all you would probably need.

I never understand why a hotel like this doesn't care about having a lobby. There is nothing there. The rooms in this hotel are decent and have a good size. Breakfast is included and fine. Location is good in Palermo. I would say it's a good 3 star hotel.
