Be aware

Modern style building. Well sized room, nice views (10 floor). Furniture seems used. Kitchen equipped with bare minimum (dull knives), stove not working properly. Bathroom sink without hot water connection. Single pane windows in noisy neighborhood and nearby train tracks produce sleep interruptions. Nice pool, but upkeep could be better.

gorgeous 180 degree views of the city

beautiful, clean hotel with rooftop pool in a great location. very accommodating staff. We arrived early before check-in and the staff let us use the gym, pool and showers. English speaking staff at front desk. ambience was sparking white, modern and bright. very pleasant room with fantastic views. wonderful, complete breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, pastries, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is superb, in a great area of Buenos Aires.The staff is very reserved and not so much into pleasing guests, you have the service but the extra touch is missing.......yes helpful but you have more the feeling entering an office building then a apartment - hotel. All very well designed are the rooms but he lack of sufficient maintenance is missing, the down garden has no water in the water mirror, lack of maintenance, the pool are is very badly looked after, the jacuzzi is not ok, all is missing good attention of maintenance and just care....As well the room has missing touches, the bathroom needs to be re-done. tiles falling out, taps are not good working and in general not a very clean bathroom....They need a good manager.,.........

Very modern and clean hotel

Our room was very large and modern with all the conveniences one could want in a hotel room. The room balcony and the rooftop pool were a big plus on a hot day! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel muito agradavel, voce aproveitará muito hospedando-se no Verão para aproveitar todas as instalações acredito que não seja uma boa escolha no inverno, os atendentes são solicitos, só acho que a vizinhança não é tão legal quanto parece, talvez se voce estiver com um grupo de amigos se divirta mais e cuidado com as dicas de resturantes da região, os mais tradicionais deixam muito a desejar, pode acreditar...

Good location for restaurants, condition is 3-star

Well situated in Palermo Hollywood, withing walking distance to several restaurants. Minimal staff (more like serviced apartments) that was helpful in giving guidance for sightseeing, getting a taxi, making restaurant and show reservations. Suite was disappointing for advertised 4-star rating. Condition of the bathroom and furniture did not meet my expectations. Overall the interior feels cheap-contemporary.

hollywood suites ..un buen lugar en buenos aires

el hotel es bonito, desde que tuve la oportunidad de seleccionarlo por internet se veía una buena opción y LO FUE. Se encuentra cercano a los Pubs/Bares. Tiene supermercado justo al frente del hotel. En la esquina se toma el micro#108 (que lleva hasta plaza italia), hay que caminar varias cuadras hasta av Santa Fe, pero la caminata se hace amena. El personal del hotel siempre dispuesto en hacer tu estadía agradable. Posiblemente el único aspecto negativo es EL BAÑO, con el cual presentamos inconvenientes, ya que cada vez que hacíamos uso de la ducha todo se mojaba porq no cuenta con una buena puerta aislante del agua, quiero pensar que fue un hecho aislado. En lineas generales lo recomiendo.

O hotel é excelente. muito bem localizado.....quartos muito confortaveis. recomendo o hotel sem dúvida nenhuma. pode ir. só tem uma observaçao: os banheiros inundam quando se toma banho. isto não aconteceu apenas no nosso quarto, mas em vários. falei com o gerente do hotel e este problema nao é novidade para eles.

Our suite was a modern-style with a pleasant livingroom, furnished balcony and well-equiped kitchen. One, 2 and 3 bedroom units are available Beds were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast included was very good by Argentinian standards. There is a rooftop pool if that is of interest. The location is excellent in Hollywood Palermo, good restaurants and close to the subway.

Very comfortable base in Palermo

The apartment was perfect for a short stay and has a great location in Palermo Hollywood. Very comfortable with aircon/heating, small kitchen, good bathroom and access to a pool. Gym not amazing but good views. I would definitely recommend if you want a modern apartment based in Palermo.

Fui com minha mulher, dois filhos e a babá. Estava bem cansado quando cheguei la e o DVD (para entreter as crianças) de ambos os quartos nao estava funcionando. Além disso, o telefone para falar na recepção também não funcionou. Apesar disso, o pessoal do hotel rapidamente resolveu os problemas e foi muito simpático e cooperativo.

piscina sul tetto e appartamenti ampi

l'hotel è composto da mini appartamenti quindi molto confortevole anche per soggiorni prolungati, i lofts sono spaziosi e hanno la cucina, il salottino e la camera separati e in più anche una terrazzina ma la parte veramente più bella è la piscina con anche vasca idromassaggio al 17^ piano sul tetto del palazzo. nel complesso pulito,colazione semplice ma di buona qualità e situato in zona Palermo Hollywood quindi vicino alla zona con maggiore concentrazione di ristoranti (purtroppo è separata da palermo viejo dalla ferrovia e quindi meglio prendere il taxi la sera!!!). Comunque non l'abbiamo trovato affatto rumoroso come invece avevamo letto negli altri commenti. Bellissimo soggiorno, ne vale la pena!!!

Hollywood Lofts & Suites 2 - Palermo central

This was the accommodation for our last night of a 6 week holiday in South America. It was the most expensive, even though we got a great discount, but it was worth every penny. The apartment was fitted out with a good range of good quality equipment. The bed and bedding in particular were lovely! The only problem we had was that our DVD player didn't work. Aside from the apartment itself, the location, although a good 10 minute walk from the nearest Subte station, was perfect for wandering around the leafy streets of Palermo and the other hotel facilities were also very good. The rooftop pool was a decent size and well maintained and the inclusive breakfast was very nice. My final comment is about the staff. They were great. They spoke English really well and could not have been more helpful. They allowed us to store our bags from 11 in the morning and after checkout. As well as that they were more than happy to let us use the pool & showers and even provided towels.

Neat room but bad service

The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was ok but a lot of the fruit was not fresh. We wanted to extend our stay by a couple of nights and the hotel staff would only offer a price over 50% higher than what we could book it for through hotels.com We decided to leave and found a different hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Awesome Hotel!

Hotel was extremely clean and felt like a mini home/loft. It was very private, great views of the city and the pool was on the roof which was great. It was in a fun part of town, and service was great. Highly recommended!

Hotel Hollywood Suites and loft Buenos Aires

Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Hotellet ligger i et bra område med mange restauranter og barer, fint å gå ut om kvelden. Fin takterasse med svømmebasseng og god utsikt. Bra, raskt internett. Vi fikk en suite med en liten stue og veranda. Ca. 5 km til "downtown", 10 min. å gå til t-bane.

Nice pool on the roof with wonderful view! Room was spacy, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was also nice. Good location, next to restaurants and Palermo Viejo.

Jewel in Palmero

I really enjoyed this hotel on all levels. I was given a upgrade from a studio to a suite, which was great. The staff was very helpful. The pool was great and the view from there was great too. Wifi in room was nice to have. They arranged my ride to the airport and let me use the facilites (pool, shower) after I had checked out and had a whole day before going to the airport. The breakfast buffet provided was excellent. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. I could walk to the metro easily too. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

prettig hotel, maar slecht onderhouden

Prettig hotel op prettige locatie, goede kamer en goed ontbijt. onderhoud van de kamer kan beter, losse douchekranen, gammele terrasstoelen, loslatende rolgordijnen en designlampen die op instorten staan. Front office personeel niet echt bereidwillig bij het maken van boekingen of reserveringen
