spent one night at this hotel when traveling from El Calafate. Beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Rundherum fantastisch und ideal gelegen zum Erkunden des Palermo Quartiers. Besonders herausragend ist das zuvorkommende, herzliche Personal, das stets die extra Meile geht und mit Aufmerksamkeiten überrascht. Der Slogan stimmt genau: eine „Home Experience“.

Muy bien todo, habitaciones muy ruidosas
Las habitaciones no están bien aisladas del sonido!! La mía daba hacia la calle y el ruido del pasar de los coches era muy intenso, también las el sonido del interior es notirio (abrir y cerrar de puertas de otras habitaciones). La ubicación es buena y están muy bien las habitaciones. El personal muy bien también. Solo recomiendo pedir habitación que de al interior del hotel.

The staff at Ilum are exceptional. They were so helpful with all of our needs and very nice. They made every effort to welcome us and make our stay lovely.

A lovely, smallish hotel in Palermo area, staff v friendly and helpful, room spacious and clean, breakfast amazing quality, easy to walk to bars and restaurants, reasonable costs. Ask for room on poolside as street bars are noisy until v v late! (3/4am!)

Não recomendo o hotel. O quarto é confortável, a localização é boa, no entanto, as pessoas responsáveis pelo hotel nos trataram com grande desrespeito, ao nos acusar de quebrar uma peça do banheiro que não havíamos quebrado. Insistiram que deveríamos assumir o prejuízo, mesmo quando falamos por inúmeras vezes que não havia sido nos que quebramos. Não se trata de pagar ou não, se trata de forma arbitrária definir que éramos os culpados, mesmo quando garantimos que não éramos. Atitude desonesta e desnecessária do hotel. Procurem outro lugar

Excellent hotel with fantastic service. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and made our first stay in Buenos Aires wonderful. The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the nearest subway, and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Palermo SOHO with all the great bars and restaurants.

Excelente Hotel em Palermo Holywood
Hotel novo, confortável, agradável, super bem localizado em Palermo Holywood. Café da manhã de excelente qualidade com apresentação primorosa e reposição de itens assim que consumidos. O ponto alto do hotel é o atendimento de TODOS os funcionários, desde a recepção, passando pelas meninas do café até as camareiras. Excepcional. Já é a terceira vez que me hospedo e repetirei sempre.

Excelente Hotel, Boa Localização e um destaque
Além de uma boa localização em Palermo o hotel é novo, quartos espaçosos, piscina. O café da manhã é excelente e com produtos de muito boa qualidade. Hotel bonito. O ponto alto e de grande destaque é a simpatia de todos os funcionários, desde os da recepção (prestativos e educados), às meninas do café (silenciosas e eficientes, além de muito simpáticas) até mesmo as camareiras (prestativas e eficientes). Muito bom se sentir bem tratado por todos.

New hotel, very clean, rooms cleaned twice a day, front desk very helpful in assisting with any issues from transportation from the airport to the local stores and dinner reservations. Great breakfast. Location is in a walking distance to Palermo Soho full of shops and restaurants. Around the hotel several restaurants and bars, very safe.

Great Hotell in Palermo
Great hotel in central Palermo. Fantastic service, great rooms, good breakfast and a great outdoor pool. For us this was an excellent hotel. Can definitely be recommended and we will use this hotel again.

Friendly staff, nice neighborhood. I was in a room facing the street on second floor, and it got noisy at times. First night 4 guys (probably drunk) decided to party on the sidewalk at 4am. Woke me up. That only happened once.

The Best of Palermo and Buenos Aires
Great location in the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to great cafes, bars, and restaurants. Subway close as well with access to all that Buenos Aires has to offer. And we can’t forget that the front desk agents are so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Wish we had more time to spend here. Highly recommend this if you want a true Argentinian experience.

Great Location and Safe
Great location and surrounding neighborhood is walkable with hundreds of restaurants, I am no exaggerating, the restaurants have excellent food and very reasonably priced. The neighborhood is safe and the people are very friendly. The hotel is in good repair and clean. The breakfast served in the morning is good with lots of options.
Great pool.
