Quite nice classic hotel in central location. The streetnoise does get through the window. The reception service is good, but the restaurant staff could be more customer oriented. Anyway, good value for money.

It was a huge disappointment. My wife and I arrived at 8pm after a long day traveling only to find out we didn’t have a room. Front desk said they couldn’t find either me or my wife. By the way, it was my WIFE’S BIRTHDAY. We realized front desk had no interest in solving the situation so we decided to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel and front desk acted very strange. First they couldn’t speak English, then they could. Then the connection was lost…I was still with the Expedia rep on the line when all of the sudden the reservation showed up. However, he said they didn’t have the room we paid for, only a full bed. So, I had to sleep in a full bed with my wife for 3 nights. They also did absolutely nothing to compensate us for this horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel. You can find better options closer to Buenos Aires’ highlights and with a staff that actually cares about you.

Bel hotel confortable, grandes chambres confortables. Restaurant plus que médiocre. Réceptionniste en chef très bien,, sinon, une catastrophe: on nous recommande deux fois le même soir des restaurants où nous allons en taxi et qui sont fermés!!!
Organisation chaotique pour aller à un spectacle de tango ! Une fois que je me suis fâché…. Le dernier jour le transfert pour l’aéroport s’est bien passé.
Quelques cours basiques d’anglais pour le personnel de la réception seraient bienvenus !
