Our stay at the Sheraton was very friendly and exactly what we needed! This was a special space as it is perfect for families! I completely recommend it as it has wonderful staff and amenities!

The conditions of the room i got was very poor. The level of humidity was extreme. The clothes felt wet at touch. Expensive for the value. Not breakfast included. Old towels. Too bad. Location and views are great. But won’t return until they renew or restore the rooms.

Arrived early, around noon (totally get it) and kept being told to check back in an hour. Finally by 4:30 our room was ready. Hotel is nice, the room was a bit dated, but comfortable. Pool and fitness areas are fantastic! Service at the pool bar left much to be desired.

Once a very nice property but now very much requires updating and facelift. Worn carpets, mold in bathroom, bathroom doors cracked and rotting, taps and faucets loose, arm chair springs and cushion seat worn out, drapes torn... then rude servers in lounges... would not stay there again.

The property was very dated. Original room I was provided (executive) was near the lift and faced the back. I could hear the cables from the lifts and trains passing by. Fortunately my room was changed. Carpets are old and bathrooms have not been renovated in years. Staff was very friendly, which is the only reason I do not assing terrible on all the ratings.
