Our Plus apartment was located on the 35th floor with a panoramic view. Rocio and Nelson's welcome and assistance were outstanding, and the cleanliness and all the amenities, including the sauna, made our stay memorable. A big thank you to the whole team; we will definitely be back!

The room I booked had a breath taking view of the city and out to the water, this place has a number of different restaurants and bars nearby walking distance. And also the location is close to AEP.

I found the stay to be comfortable and quiet. Upon arrival, the location wasn't super noticeable but not impossible to find. Look for the address in the corner of the plaza. The security guard let me in and informed me to go to the first floor for check in. The staff was polite and I needed to download an app for the keyless entry to my room. I had a clean room with a nice view. The room could have used a slight touch up but it wasn't upsetting. The pool unfortunately was closed due to the season. The weight room was about average, meaning you aren't going to get a PR or get shredded- but you can burn off a few calories. The sauna is in the locker room. I found a couple low key restaurants and bars in the area. Nothing super special or historic/trendy but the location and area was suitable and safe.

Room was great. However, everything needed a bit of a deep clean. Lot's of grime on top of shelves, dirty walls, light switches and other things. Also, the roller blinds in the rooms were literally disintegrating, when you open or closed them they'd flake plastic all over the floor and room. Lastly, they're weird about their towels. We didn't have enough and even after asking for another, they simply replaced the one we had rather than giving us another. It took multiple times asking for one extra towel to finally get it. Positives: beautiful view and apartment. Great for a family and lots of room. Check-in was simple and the staff were nice even if a bit weird about towels :)

The place was beautiful, clean and conveniently located. Our check in process was great. The only issue was that the safe was too small and did not work. It malfunctioned before we were even able to use it. Otherwise everything was great. The views were amazing. The elevators were fast, and we had two bathrooms and a full kitchen. There was a minimart right across the street and Uber pickup was very convenient. Only a 5 minute walk from Ave 9 de Julio. We would stay here again.
