아르헨티나에서 편하고 안락한 곳이라면 여기다.
출장 여행으로 적합한 곳. 아르헨티나에서 오래 살아본 결과 치안도 좋고 주변에 먹거리 및 바가 많아 피곤한 하루 일정을 마무리할만한 곳이 많음. 위치가 적절하여 주변에 바와 식당도 많고 Palermo 동네에 최근 특성상 조용하고 차가 많이 다니지 않은 지역에 위치하고 있음.

Beautiful property - super clean, great location, super accessible to shops and restaurants, very safe area, very upscale as well. Property was super clean as was the room - very comfortable stay. We did have an issue with them saying the dog was too big but they never specified small dogs only - they allowed us to take the dog up anyway. They had a private pool on the balcony but unfortunately, it was not heated and it was a rainy cold night so we couldn’t use it if I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it. I thought it was a heated jacuzzi by the photos.

Great service, big rooms.
Amazing service from everyone. Big rooms, Great location. A lot of restaurants around around the hotel. It’s not in the most center, 10 min walk from there. but center enough. Great price. Worth the price. I recommend.

Absolutely awful
This place is disgusting and the staff are incompetent. I booked a two night stay and after the first night I was woken up by several phone calls and a housekeeper who entered the room without knocking while I was nude. I was told I needed to check out or show proof of a two night stay. But it was confirmed when I checked in. Old, ripped towels, yellow sheets, moldy bathrooms, a pool that looks like a green pond… Stay someplace else. Anyplace else.

Generally a very nice place to stay. Good area with good restaurants and bars nearby. The room I was in could have done with a paint refresh, but it was a nice spacious and quite room. The rationing of toilet paper was an inconvenience, and no, I didn't have a problem !

For the money, as an American I found this place affordable for the quality I wanted. Everyone was so nice as many have been in Argentina and the room is pretty much what we expected. Overall my rating is 5 star for a 4 star hotel. I think if the bathrooms were more inviting and they had a few more pieces of furniture in the room, it could be 4.5 but that’d take a lot on their part. 4 is all I really need!

Não tem nenhum estrutura de hotel , não se consegue uma água , tem que sair pra comprar , o piso do corredor dos andares é de madeira e os hóspedes passam com as malas de rodinha fazendo um barulho terrível a qlq hora acordando os hóspedes ( sem culpa ), durante minha estada não arrumaram o quarto nenhuma vez , toalhas velhas , o positivo é a localização apenas

La limpieza de la habitacion te la cobran aparte. Tampoco es que te lo digan cuando ves que no te limpian la habitacion te dicen que por el covid ya no se limpian diariamente que es un servicio de pago. Debiera ser alreves que te la limpien diariamente, no que no te la limpien por el COVID. Si es para mas de una noche no volveria.

Nada surpreendente para as estadias em Palermo
Nada surpreendente sobre uma dinâmica hoteleira que tornou-se padrão, especialmente nos bairros de Palermo. Retroflit mal acabado de antigas propriedades, um toque de “modernidade”, nome contendo a expressão “Boutiques”. No meu caso (quarto: Terrace 30), cai na armadilha da tentativa de escolher um bom quarto pelas referências das fotos, e pelo valor mais expressivo da diária. Quarto sem conforto de decoração (não tem um tapete para evitar contato com o piso frio, paredes descascando ou sem acabamento), iluminação ruim, a “jacuzzi” é, na verdade uma pequena piscina de água fria, bastante mal conservada, a privacidade é comprometida pela proximidade dos quartos e dos terraços, separados por uma cerca de bambu, janelas indicadas como anti ruído (quarto voltado para a rua e na frente de um bar então, não espere silêncio aos fins de semana), e não são e por fim, o mais relevante em termos estruturais, total falta de segurança nas travas das portas de acesso ao quarto (estavam quebradas ou funcionavam mal). Não há serviço de limpeza dos quartos, exceto mediante pagamento de uma taxa extra. Disseram q haveria troca de toalhas e retirada dos lixos e isto não ocorreu. Sem o café da manhã, ficou como um AirB&B, sem nenhuma estrutura dele. Pontos positivos: excelente localização, e o atendimento perfeito do Staff da recepção!

Very relaxed and great location
I was impressed by the location and the quality of the hotel and rooms, especially for the cost. There are lots of bakeries and cafes in the vicinity and only a few minutes’ walk from Palermo Soho with bars and restaurants. The majority of the front desk staff were helpful. Very clean property and it was fine for us not to have room keeping every day (there’s an extra charge for that). I’d definitely come back if available in the future. I’d like if there was a breakfast offer
