Newly renovated and well decorated “smart” hotel with very comfortable beds. Everything is computerized - lights, curtains, temperatures, shower options etc. Even the toilet has various to clean you up! We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The shower was amazing. The young blonde lady who works at the Valet was rude and confrontational. The bar on the roof smelled bad and poorly stocked. They couldn't make a negroni. It was conveniently located. The sheets felt clean.

Love this hotel! Was disappointed that my room had a shower only and not a tub/shower with the fun colored lights! But next time I know to request that!

The property was a modern classic, rooms were amazing. We really liked the revolving bar and the food. Strongly Recommend if going to Buffalo.

This boutique hotel was very nice to stay. Everything was clean and in a great area. Everyone here was very personable and super nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the hotel and staff was very nice. Their computer systems and smart rooms were the issue. We had to wait to check in, we had to be escorted to our room and let in by staff while they processed our room keys, which caused us to miss the opportunity to eat dinner after a long day of work. when we ordered room service the next day and morning we could not called down for service because the phone system was down and we had to go down and order from the front desk on both occasions. The food was very good and the staff was nice.

There was an issue with the HVAC in the room and it was uncomfortably warm during the night.

This trip was good but not great or excellent. Honestly, it was a bunch of little things and a lack of attention to detail. Out toon had some trash from the people before; the hot springs whirlpool was dirty as well as the floor surrounding it. The food is hit or miss with smaller portions, which would be fine if it was amazing. The agreement says there’s a shuttle, four years later and they haven’t updated the verbiage that it’s been shutdown since Covid. The robes are not size inclusive and only go up to a size L. We were awaken by a 7am fire alarm because someone burnt toast. The $20 charcuterie board we ordered for room service didn’t have some of the ingredients it was supposed to come with etc.

We love the mineral hot springs any time of year! Anytime we go in February there is never more than 2 other people in there! Everything is clean. Staff is kind and helpful. There are rooms with more amenities than others. If you want the bells and whistles be sure to talk to staff, but all rooms have a wonderful shower! The restaurant attached is delicious as well. Highly recommend this hotel.
