"Great staf, well priced room and comfy bed. However, hot tub Jets didn’t work, even though timer was functioning. The hotel used to have a bar with a light menu, this is now gone. Too bad we enjoyed it on previous visits. Overall we still like this hotel and great location, too bad it seems to be cutting back."

"On our second morning, we were not able to have breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. They were out of sausage links. They were out of potatoes and they had a very small portion of eggs left no bagels, no cream cheese. This was at 6:30 AM."

"Parking lot was dark with many lights burned out, the hotel itself was dirty and under renovation. Our room was clean, it took 3 tries, but the floor was not level, TV didn’t work and there was nothing to sit on besides the bed."

"I had pre-paid for my room. Then when I arrived I was informed that there would be $75.00 deposit to be placed on a card only. I feel that the deposit should have been stated prior to booking the room. Since the security deposit wasn't mentioned until I was on site trying to get into my room that I paid for, I found it shady. It's fine to expect a security deposit, just let it be known prior to booking the room."

"The hotel is beautiful immaculate and a dream spot. Staff were amazing from check-in to check-out. I needed a bigger pot, and more towels, got it in less than 3 minutes. There were 3 rooms 2 bath so it accommodated our family of 6 without stress. This is our new go to, whenever we are in minnesota."
