"We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. "This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The food was the best we have ever had in any hotel. The pools and pool beds were amazing, with a choice of a quiet pool and the music one with its own DJ. But what for me makes it the best was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the reception, to the restaurant staff, to the bar and pool staff. They made as feel special from day one. The service compared to the best cruises without the sway of the waves! We will certainly repeat and recommend this hotel to family and friends!"

"A wonderful hotel in pretty much every way. The only challenges were 1) the steep hill and steps to and from the port, 2) the comfort of the bed and especially the pillows 3) crowded pool area without enough shaded beds (and the scramble to ‘reserve’ them before 8am). We would return, though. It’s beautiful, with great food and drink and helpful staff "

"Lovely clean hotel, always a space on a lounger by the two pools. Great food at the pool bar, polite staff. Great location with good walking and bus links. Had a street view balcony which was huge, and great for street view people watching. Alcudia Old Town was beautiful, would go back tomorrow if I could! "
