"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. "The room was spacious and it overlooked the harbor. The bathroom and shower were spacious too and everything was clean and in good working order. The only issue we had was with the door, which my husband had to shove open. The rooftop breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff quite helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

Basic clean and good location

"Basic B&B. We had less than 10 minute contact with the owner who showed us our room gave us our keys and that was all. Our breakfast was waiting for us on the table when we’ve got up. Self serve coffee, yoghurt juice very adequate. Access to the back garden was an added bonus. "

"Beautiful property in a quaint little town...went in october so fairly quiet but view was impeccable and nice large room...definitely walk around the corner and have lunch or dinner at Aqua. The hotel breakfast was fantastic as well."

Spectacular Views and Service

"My husband and I stayed at Le Dune Piscinas, and from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were constantly treated with amazing service. The beach views were the best part of the property, and the room we booked was very comfortable. It felt like we were in a James Bond movie, with feelings of exclusivity and quiet, as well as romance. The dunes that the hotel is situated in are incredibly beautiful and I think the best way to enjoy is by staying at the hotel. Our only regret is that we didn’t see more of it (we had a short stay). Finally, the restaurant was probably the best meal we had in Sardinia on our trip. Guests must, must make a dinner reservation and sit by the beach—you won’t be sorry ☺️. Every detail about this hotel is incredible. And if you don’t believe me, just book a room and see for yourself."
